Custom Shower Bases
All custom-made shower bases are non-returnable and non-refundable. Each custom base is manufactured specifically to your specifications and therefore cannot be resold.
Standard Products
We accept returns on non-custom, standard products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition and include all original parts and packaging.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned product.
